It's been over 1 year now since I lost 10 kilograms. I created a leaner structure with a bit more muscle too.
It took me 2 months.
This after trying for over 10 years to do the same.
It was only after getting a mentor and creating a "mini-strategy" that I was able to achieve it.
How did I achieve it
- eat more regularly
- eat more protein
- eat less carbohydrate
- move more (in my case - gym once a week)
and thats it.
It was easy.
